Sometimes your wedding dreams change with the financial circumstances or your husband-to-be wants a smaller wedding.
Bridesmaid Tips:
Have duties in mind before you ask. This helps everyone know what's expected of them. You know who will be good at what, and you will avoid disagreements by utilizing bridesmaids' talents
Ask them in a fun way. Give them a small gift, or send them a handwritten note or yummy personalized cookies with a special message. Have fun with it!
Give them at least six months notice. This helps anyone avoid having to scrounge money at the last minute.
Let them help you. Don't let your bridesmaids be just pretty faces on your wedding day. Give them jobs to do. They'll appreciate it.
Be understanding. Sometimes you will have a friend need to decline. Don't get mad and insulted. Have a backup in mind.
Have fun. Remember, this is supposed to be a joyous occasion. Avoid conflict and enjoy this time with your friend and family.
